Q: Are your items authentic?
A: Yes. Every item sold by Vintage Lux Gal is carefully inspected and authenticated through Entrupy and includes a Certificate of Authenticity. Authenticity is extremely important to us, and we stand behind every piece we sell. In the unlikely event an item is determined to be inauthentic, we will gladly issue a full refund.

Q: What condition are the items in?
A: Vintage and pre-owned items may show minor signs of wear consistent with age and prior use. Any notable flaws will be disclosed in the listing photos and description.

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Due to the nature of vintage and pre-owned designer items, all sales are considered final. However, customer experience is very important to us. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out immediately.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders are shipped within 3 business days using tracked and insured shipping within the United States.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time, we only ship within the United States.
