Q: Are your items authentic?
A: Yes. Every bag sold by Vintage Lux Gal is carefully inspected, authenticated through Entrupy, and includes a Certificate of Authenticity. Authenticity is extremely important to us, and we stand behind every piece we sell. In the unlikely event an item is determined to be inauthentic, a full refund will be issued.

Q: What condition are the items in?
A: Because our bags are vintage and pre-loved, signs of wear consistent with age and prior use are to be expected. Any notable flaws will be disclosed in the listing photos and description. Please review all photos and condition details carefully before purchasing.

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Due to the nature of vintage and pre-loved designer items, all sales are considered final. However, customer experience is very important to us. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out as soon as possible.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders are shipped within 3 business days using tracked and insured shipping within the United States.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time, we only ship within the United States.
