Shipping policy

All orders are shipped within 3 business days using tracked and insured shipping. In some cases, signature confirmation may be required.

Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided via email. Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.

Vintage Lux Gal is not responsible for missing packages if the carrier has confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout. In the event a package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, the buyer should submit a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
